Kate James is an experienced massage therapist offering sports massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, and relaxing massages. Kate works closely with Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, and Chiropractors, as well as personal trainers and strength and conditioning coaches in the Bristol region.

Nutritional Therapy

Kate James originally came from a science background studying Biology at University, and then worked within the Pharmaceutical industry before she studied sports nutrition and nutritional therapy. Kate can effectively treat many health problems with nutritional therapy as well as increasing your energy levels, decreasing body fat, and optimising your sports performance.
